Order Item View

The Order Item view provides dimensions and measures related to the items purchased within orders.

The supported filters that can be applied to this view are:

Total Valid Order Quantity	Sum	Sum of quantity for all order items belonging to valid orders.
Valid Order Items Count	Count (Distinct)	The count of order items where valid order status is yes.

The dimensions included in this view are:

Name	Data Type	Description
Adjusted Line Item Subtotal	Number	The adjusted subtotal of the line item, including all manual adjustments, discounts, shipping charges and discounts, and duty or any other additional line item fees.
Catalog ID	Number	Unique identifier for the product catalog to which the product category belongs.
Days Since Product Stock Available	Number	Number of days elapsed since the Product Stock Available Date.
Duty Amount	Number	Duty or tariff for this item.
Handling Amount	Number	The combined price for all handling costs calculated together for shipped orders, not for digital or in-store pickup. This includes all handling costs per the product line items and options, excluding taxes and discounts.
Hours Since Product Stock Available	Number	Number of hours elapsed since the Product Stock Available Date.
Is Product Discounted	Yes/No	Will be yes if the order item has a sale price lower than the list price.
Item Discount Total	Number	Amount of discounts applied to the order item.
Item Extended Total	Number	The total price of the item extended to the shopper. This begins with the unit price then uses any of the following prices if they are defined, in the following order: Override Amount, Sale Amount, List Amount.
Item Fee Total	Number	The monetary sum of all fees incurred for the order item.
Item Fulfillment Location Code	String	The code that identifies the location used to fulfill the order item. This code can include physical store locations for in-store pickup, warehouse locations providing the products for shipment, or the location for the digital file(s).
Item Fulfillment Method	String	The method used to fulfill this order item. The method includes direct ship or in-store pickup.
Item Fulfillment Status	String	The current fulfillment status of the item such as Fulfilled, NotFulfilled, or PartiallyFulfilled.
Item Locale	String	The two character locale code, per the country code provided.
Item Sale Price	Number	The set sale price for the item consisting of a price with a discount already applied.
Item Shipping Total	Number	The calculated total shipping amount for the order item including tax.
Item Subtotal	Number	Amount of the order without sales tax, shipping costs, and other fees.
Item Tax Total	Number	The total monetary sum of tax for an order item.
Item Taxable Total	Number	The monetary amount of an item that is subject to tax. This amount typically represents the line item subtotal before applied discounts for an order.
Item Total	Number	The total monetary amount of the order item including item subtotal, sales tax, shipping costs, and other fees.
Item Unit List Price	Number	The price the item is listed for in the storefront.
Item Unit Override Price	Number	The override price of the item set by the merchant for a given order.
Line ID	Number	The line id assigned to the order item. Visible only in the Admin, this is set from the Admin or in CommerceRuntime when a cart is converted to an order.
Order ID	Number	Internal unique identifier of the order with which the item is associated.
Order Item Created Date	Datetime	The timestamp of the date and time the order item was created.
Order Item ID	String	Internal unique identifier of the order item.
Order Item Updated Date	Datetime	The timestamp of the date and time the order item was most recently updated.
Order Number	String	Storefront identifier of the order.
Order Status	String	The current status of the order such as "Abandoned," "Accepted," "Cancelled," "Completed," "Errored," "Pending," "PendingReview," "Processing," or "Validated."
Product Code	String	The unique user-defined identifier for a product.
Product Goods Type	String	The type of goods in a bundled product. A bundled product is composed of products associated to sell together. Possible values include "Physical" and "DigitalCredit." This comes from the productType of the product. Products are defaulted to a Physical goodsType. Gift cards have a goodsType of DigitalCredit.
Product Name	String	The user supplied name of the product.
Product Price	Number	Full price of the product.
Product Price MSRP	Number	The manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) for the product. This content may be defined by the supplier.
Product Price Sale Price	Number	The set sale price for a product consisting of a price with a discount already applied. For price list entries, this property is the product's sale price if the priceListEntryPrice.salePriceMode is set to Overridden.
Product Price Tenant Override Price	Number	The override price defined by the tenant for this cart or order item.
Product SKU	String	Product stock keeping unit.
Product Stock Available Date	Datetime	Date when product stock is available.
Product Type	String	Used to classify different types of products such as "Standard" or "Gift Certificate."
Product SKU	String	The universal product code (UPC) is the barcode defined for the product. The UPC is unique across all sales channels.
Purchase Location	String	The location where the item was purchased.
Quantity	Number	The number of units of the item ordered.
Site ID	Number	Unique identifier for the site. This ID is used at all levels of a store and catalog to associate objects to a site.
Site Name	String	The human readable name for the site associated with the Site ID.
Total With Weighted Shipping And Handling	Number	The total charge for the line item with all weighted order level shipping and handling charges.
Total Without Weighted Shipping And Handling	Number	The total charge for the line item without any weighted order level shipping and handling charges.
Unit Price Extended Amount	Number	The total shipping amount for the line item before discounts and adjustments.
Valid Order Status	Yes/No	Returns yes if the order status is not one of "Submitted," "PendingReview," "Pending," "Abandoned," "Cancelled," or "Errored."
Variation Product Code	String	Merchant-created code associated with a specific product variation. Variation product codes maintain an association with the base product code.
Weighted Order Adjustment	Number	The total weighted order item level manual adjustment amount.
Weighted Order Discount	Number	The total weighted order item level discount amount.
