The “Supply & Demand Dashboard” is the strategic centerpiece of the new Supply Demand UI — a single consolidated view that pulls together everything into one comparison: how much is being asked for, against how much can cover it. Instead of running an on-hand snapshot, an open-shipments report, and an inbound PO schedule separately, an inventory director or planning lead can see “Total Demand”, “Total Supply”, and the “Net Position” between them in one real-time view, with no manual aggregation required.In this video, we’ll demonstrate how to select inventory records to build a “Supply & Demand Dashboard” view, read the “Total Demand”, “Total Supply”, and “Net Position” figures, adjust the date range, filter down to an individual product variant, and drill into the shipments and supply data behind the numbers. Inventory Records based on the Filter values selected will display in the “Inventory Records” section, with a different record for each product and location. The large “Net Position” figure uses simple binary logic: green for any positive result, red once it goes negative.
