In this video, I’m going to demonstrate how to login to the KIBO Commerce platform as both a new and existing user. Depending on the Users Role and Permissions, this may grant access to KIBO’s Dev Center as well, or the User may be logged directly into a Sandbox environment. Depending on the Users Role and Permissions, this may grant access to KIBO’s Dev Center as well, or the User may be logged directly into a Sandbox environment. When a new user is invited into the KIBO Commerce platform, they will receive an email similar to the one shown here. Important note - since this is a “system-generated” email, it can sometimes be filtered out as Spam. Important note - since this is a “system-generated” email, it can sometimes be filtered out as Spam. New users can click the “Join Kibo Now” button directly in the email. This will open up a browser window where they will complete the sign-up process. Alternatively, users can “right-click” the “Join Kibo Now” button and copy-and-paste the link directly into a browser. Alternatively users can right click the join keynote. Now button and copy and paste the link directly into a browser. This is the KIBO “Confirm Invitation” screen. This is the KIBO “Confirm Invitation” screen. On this screen, the new user will need to add a “First Name”, “Last Name”, and new “Password” that meets the password requirements. Once completed, click the “Create” button. If a user already has an existing account, they can navigate directly to the sandbox URL. If a user already has an existing account, they can navigate directly to the sandbox URL. If the user has not logged in within the previous 24 hours, they will be asked to login again. Once our email address has been entered, we’ll click the “Next” button. If prompted, we’ll enter the “Password” associated with our KIBO account. Out after 24 hours, regardless of activity. Once a new or existing user has logged in, they may be brought to the KIBO “Launchpad” screen, as shown here. Access to this screen is dependent on a Users Role and Permissions, so not all Users will be navigated here.If a User does not have the correct Role or Permissions, they will bypass this screen and be taken directly into the Sandbox environment.Users that do have the Role or Permissions that grant access, and have access to multiple Dev Accounts as shown here, can choose the “Dev Account” or “Sandbox Environment” they need to access.If there is only one Dev Account available, the User may bypass this screen and be taken directly into that account. Once a new or existing user has logged in, they may be brought to the kibo Launchpad screen as shown here. Access to this screen is dependent on a user’s role and permissions.
