“Customer Sets” allow users to control the specific Sites customers can access using the same login credentials, as well as what customer “My Account” information is shared between Sites. Customer Accounts can only belong to one Customer Set at a time.When either a CSR or a shopper creates a Customer Account, the customer account is automatically added to the same Customer Set the applicable site belongs to. For example, “John” creates a Customer Account on our “Mystic Sports” Site. “Mystic Sports” belongs to the “B2C” Customer Set, so “John’s” Customer Account is automatically added to the “B2C” Customer Set. “Customer Sets” allow users to control the specific Sites customers can access using the same login credentials, as well as what customer “My Account” information is shared between Sites. To navigate to the “Customer Sets” menu, in the left menu, on the “SYSTEM” tab, click “Structure”, then click “Customer Sets”. All existing Sets that have been created will be listed here, as well as a system “Default” set. Any new or existing Sets are configured or edited “in-line”. First, we’ll need to enter a “Code”. Important Note: this Code will not be editable once we save the Set.Next, we’ll give the new Set a “Name”. Then we’ll click the “Sites” dropdown and select the Sites we want to associate to this new Set. As mentioned earlier, a Site can only belong to one “Customer Set”. Once we save the set, Next, we’ll give the new set a name, then we’ll click the sites drop-down and select the sites. To “Delete” an existing Customer Set, click the “Ellipses” on the far right of the Set, then click “Delete”. This will open a modal window allowing the user to select which existing Customer Set to assign Customers and Sites of the deleted Set to. Once we have made that selection, we’ll click “Delete”. We can manage which “Customer Set” a shopper is tied to on the Customers Account Detail page. In the “General” section, we’ll click the dropdown under the “Customer Set” field, and select a specific Set.
