“Customer Sets” allow users to control the specific Sites customers can access using the same login credentials, as well as what customer “My Account” information is shared between Sites. Customer Accounts can only belong to one Customer Set at a time.When either a CSR or a shopper creates a Customer Account, the customer account is automatically added to the same Customer Set the applicable site belongs to. To navigate to the “Customer Sets” menu, in the left menu, on the “SYSTEM” tab, click “Structure”, then click “Customer Sets”. All existing Sets that have been created will be listed here, as well as a system “Default” set. To “Delete” an existing Customer Set, click the “Ellipses” on the far right of the Set, then click “Delete”.
