KIBO uses “Channels” to track where orders originate from. Businesses may receive a mixture of orders that come from many different sources. In this video, I’m going to demonstrate how to create, manage, and apply “Channels”. In the left menu, on the “SYSTEM” tab, click “Structure”, then click “Channels”.
