Commerce
- Storefront 2FA and OTP: You can now integrate Two-Factor Authentication and One-Time Password features for customers signing into their account on your storefront. When either one is triggered (either because you’ve configured your login process to always require it, or because the user’s device fingerprint or region changed), the customer will have three minutes to input a code sent to them via email. If the time expires or they enter an incorrect code three times, they must request a new one. 2FA can also be configured for account signup with flexible options to require 2FA or offer as optional. Account is not created until verification is completed.
Fulfillment
- Package Consolidation Update: Whenever a shipment is removed from a package consolidation group for any reason (such as if it’s canceled, reassigned, or moved to Customer Care), the system will now check to see if only one shipment remains in the group. If so, that shipment will be released from the group so that it can be immediately fulfilled.
- Search Pick Wave Rules: You can now use the search bar at the top of the Pick Wave Rules page to look up a rule name or rule code, as well as expand the Advanced filter menu to search by keyword, status, or creator. A filter button is also displayed on the pick wave creation screen which allows you to more quickly select the rule you want to use.

Commerce
- Return Attributes: You can now define and manage custom return attributes in the Admin UI. These attributes provide flexibility to capture additional return details and can be applied at both the return level and line-item level during return creation and processing
Fulfillment
- Update Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) on Shipments: You can now view and edit the EDD on the Admin UI , allowing you to update the estimated delivery date for current and future shipments.
- Advanced Filter to select Pick Wave Rules: An Advanced Filter has been added to narrow the list of pick wave rules available to select from when creating a pick wave.
Inventory
- Enhanced Inventory import error/exception emails: The email notifications for Inventory import errors has been enhanced to include a concise summary (file name, total error count, basic metadata), include a CSV file attachment containing detailed error information & each error entry includes relevant context (line numbers, field names, specific validation failures).
Order Routing
- Shipping Method Filter : Support for filtering by Shipping method has been added to the Order and Product filters, allowing users to filter Orders and Order Items by shipping method.
- ‘Does not Contain’ Logical Operator: Order Routing has been enhanced to support a new Logical Operator ‘Does not Contain’ as a condition for string type filters.
