You should test all relevant scenarios in your sandbox environment to make sure they work as expected. Once this update goes to production on March 02, 2026, you will have until March 20, 2026, to switch over to Amazon Checkout v2 in production. Amazon Pay v1 will no longer be supported after March 31, 2026 by Amazon. Please contact KIBO Support if you have any questions.Production Tenant Features

Production Sandbox Features
Catalog
- Configurable SiteSearch Limits: The SiteSearch endpoint has been updated to enforce a configurable maximum page size, ensuring optimal platform stability and performance. The system now applies a default limit of 10,000 records per request when using the pageSize parameter. For specific high-volume requirements, this limit can be adjusted using the new
search-sitesearch-pagesize-limittenant attribute, allowing you to control result set sizes while preventing unbounded queries that could impact system reliability.
Commerce
- Bulk Cart Item Operations: You can now update or delete multiple items in a cart with a single API request, improving performance and providing flexible options for handling item validation.
Fulfillment
- Cartonization: Kibo Fulfillment supports Cartonization recommendations. Cartonization provides optimized packing recommendations for the items in the shipment using the available containers / boxes used for shipping. By leveraging intelligent 3D bin-packing algorithms, Kibo helps fulfillment centers reduce shipping costs, minimize packaging waste, and streamline packing. See Cartonization documentation for more information.
Sandbox Bug Fixes
| Service | Resolution |
|---|---|
| Catalog | Search Redirect Reindexing: Search redirects were only updating during the nightly scheduled job, causing manual reindex operations (Site or Tenant) to fail to reflect recent changes or deletions. This has been corrected so that manual reindexing now defaults to a forced update, ensuring that added, modified, or deleted redirects are immediately synchronized with the search index without waiting for the nightly process. |
| Commerce | Resolved an issue where shopper carts remained active after order submission when Configurable Shipment Release was enabled. Carts will now clear immediately upon the order reaching “Pending Shipment” status, allowing users to start new orders without delay during extended remorse periods. |
| Commerce | Resolved an issue where refreshing a 2FA-validated authentication token incorrectly returned the requires2FA flag as true, rendering the new token ineffective. The fix ensures that tokens refreshed via RefreshUserAuthTicket and ImpersonateCart APIs now correctly retain the requires2FA flag as false, allowing seamless continued authentication. |
