When true, split is document-only: skips Inventory deallocate/allocate, Order Routing, child allocation, and repricing. Intended for Jobs partial future PO receipt (CHAR-6928) after Inventory has converted allocations. Same future date as parent is allowed when true. The split rotates the parent's versionHash — re-read the parent before any subsequent If-Match (conditional) call such as futureToReady.
